Miami downtown location is a remote location, where we can meet customers, drop off, and pick up documents. No walk-ins accepted in this location, please call me first for an appointment.
Miami Lakes Notary location is open by appointments only, please call me first to coordinate a time and day. This is a new office to meet customers interested on multiple or complex signings/service, for example: divorce, mortgage loan and immigration papers.
Florida law allows to perform remote notarizations since 2020, meaning that you don’t need to physically appear before a notary, if you are interested please ask for this service.
